Flexible Packaging
- Laminated pouches and rolls
- Printed and unprinted structures
- Custom pack formats
Manufacturing
Integrated in-house manufacturing for flexible packaging, industrial films, medical packaging and hygiene products, with custom slitting, cutting and pouch conversion.

Manufacturing capabilities
The Kundli manufacturing facilities connect film, print, lamination and conversion work across four practical capability groups.
Process capability
From film extrusion to finished pouches and paper conversion, each stage supports the agreed product, format and supply requirement.
Film is produced in-house as the material foundation for packaging, protective and industrial applications.
It aligns the starting structure with the intended use before printing, lamination or conversion.
Artwork is transferred to continuous webs for printed flexible packaging and private-label requirements.
Print is considered alongside the selected material and the downstream conversion sequence.
Selected substrates are combined into a single flexible structure for the specified product and format.
The combined structure supports the required balance of handling, protection and presentation.
Master rolls and material webs are converted into the widths, lengths and formats required for the next stage.
Material reaches pouch conversion, packing lines or supply as rollstock in an application-ready format.
Laminated rollstock is formed and finished into pouch formats around the agreed packing requirement.
The material structure becomes a usable pack aligned with product, filling and handling needs.
Paper materials are converted into M-fold tissue, toilet rolls, couch rolls and related formats.
It supports practical hygiene supply for hospitals, institutions, workplaces and other high-use facilities.
A practical production system
We support customers from the first operating requirement through material selection, development, production and planned supply.
Contents, handling, print, packing-line and procurement requirements are discussed first.
Material and format options are aligned with the use case and commercial requirement.
Samples or agreed references are reviewed before repeat production where applicable.
The agreed route moves through conversion, production checks and dispatch planning.
Process discipline
Product, structure, format and intended use are clarified before production planning.
Relevant converting stages are reviewed against the agreed manufacturing route.
Finished supply is checked against the agreed order and pack requirement before dispatch.
Commercial and procurement documentation can be aligned with the confirmed order.
Facilities
Commercial and enquiry coordination is supported from the Rajouri Garden, New Delhi corporate office, while production is listed across two manufacturing plants in HSIIDC Kundli, Sonipat.
Custom manufacturing
For established requirements, new product development, and private-label or custom packaging needs, start with the application and the intended supply format.
